CH. BALTIC PACESETTER
CH. Baltic Pacesetter was a very impressive dog. He had the most perfect head, eye shape, and tiny high set ears I have ever seen. From the minute I saw him I knew that he had to be included in the TROIKA bloodlines.
We were very fortunate to have been able to breed to the handsome dog twice. He was just the outcross that our kennel needed adding his strong correct breed type, movement, and energy drive to the more sedate Monadnock lines.
"Ace" as he was known to his friends was also equally at home working in harness on the sled team where he was used running double lead. His working ability is still evident today as it passes down to our current dogs that have a strong desire to work in harness.
CH. BALTIC PACESETTER winning the Working Group at Santa Barbara CA. under Lorna Demidoff. Pacesetter was also awarded the I.S.H.A. Combination Award for racing and showing.
